Up for bid are the Preorder, Midnight Mayhem, and Gamestop bonus items: the code for an multiplayer golden hammerburst, the exclusive Gears of War2 Xbox Live dashboard theme (optimized for the new xbox live experience, which starts November 19th), and the 1st edition of the 1st volume of the Gears of War comic book.
The cards with the promo codes are untouched/unopened. I can email you the codes right away if you want them, but will send them along with the comic book, which is housed right now (and subsequently will be mailed with) in a protective mylar sleeve w/ a cardboard backing to ensure its pristine condition.
