Items are shipped within 2 business days after your payment has cleared. An email will be sent to notify you when the item has been shipped.
Insurance is not included in the shipping cost, but is always available upon request. Please let us know if you would like insurance, and we will contact you with the cost. If items are not insured, we are not responsible for post office error. All of our items are always well packaged and securely wrapped! :)
Combined shipping is available when two or more items are purchased. If you are interested in bidding on any of our other auctions, please let us know before paying for the first item. We will then let you know how to proceed with that purchase, so that you will get the most out of our shipping costs.
International Bidders: Shipping rates and procedures will vary by country. Please contact us before bidding, and we will provide rates and procedures for your particular situation. If available, we will ship Priority Mail through the USPS (however, other forms of shipping may also be acceptable if requested). Insurance for international orders may be available if the item is shipped Priority or Express Mail through the USPS. Please contact us if you would like more information for insurance fees (if available for your country).

Before an item is returned, it must be approved. All returns must be insured for your purchase amount, and be received within 7 business days in the condition it was shipped.
